प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी अपने दिमाग क्या रखते हैं उसकी खबर किसी को नहीं होती है। अब उनका एक और कारनामा सामने आया है जिसमें उन्होंने गुप्त तरीके से एक मास्टर प्लान तैयार किया। नई दिल्ली, जेएनएन। पीएम मोदी के राष्ट्र के नाम दिए संबोधन में 500 और 1000 के नोट बंद करने के ऐलान के बाद पूरे देश में अफरा-तफरी का माहौल बन गया। आम जनता के लिए यह भले ही अचानक लिया गया फैसला हो लेकिन केंद्र सरकार इस बड़े कदम के लिए पिछले 10 महीनों से कवायदें कर रही थी। जानकारी के अनुसार मोदी सरकार ने बाजार से काले धन को खत्म करने के लिए 10 महीने पहले ही इस कदम को लेकर काम शुरू दिया था। सरकार ने पूरा गणित लगाते हुए पहले से ही 300 करोड़ रुपए के नोट छापना शुरू कर दिया था। ये काम कितना गुप्त था इस बात का अंदाजा इसी बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि एक चार्टर्ड प्लेन पिछले 6 महीनों से मैसूर से 2000 के नोट दिल्ली पहुंचा रहा था और किसी को इसकी भनक तक नहीं लगी। भारत में करेंसी नोट और सिक्कों की छपाई व ढलाई सिक्योरिटी प्रिंटिंग एंड माइनिंग कॉरपोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया (एसएमपीसीआईएल) की आठ इकाइयों में की जाती है। इन आठ इकाइयों में से एक इकाई मैसूर में भी है। किसी को कानो कान खबर नहीं हुई कि क्या होने जा रहा है? इस जगह के लिए अलग से रेलवे लाइन और वॉटर सप्लाई पाइपलाइन है। यह प्रेस करीब दो दशक पुराना है। इसे दुनिया के बेहतरीन करेंसी प्रिंटिंग प्रेस में शुमार किया जाता है। 1000 के पुराने नोट भी यहीं पर छपे थे। इस प्रेस के अंदर ही करेंसी पेपर तैयार करने की यूनिट है। नोटों को बनाने में इस्तेमाल होने वाला खास कागज यहीं पर तैयार होता है।
